“The Legacy” is a series of events designed to create a platform, in Maldives, for world renowned international Islamic scholars to deliver talks to create a better understanding and clear misconceptions about Islam. For the very first and the launching event of ‘The Legacy” in 2017, we had world renowned scholar and educationist, Dr. Bilal Philips. We had two public talks by Dr. Bilal Philips, one in Male’ and the second one in Fuvahmulah.
After a successful event, for the second ‘The Legacy” event we had Sheikh Hussei Yee (Malaysia) in December 2017. Second event was only held in Male’.
The third event of ‘The Legacy was held in September 2018 with Sheikh Abu Usamah At-thahabi (USA). Sheikh delivered two public talks under the flagship of ‘The Legacy’, one in Male’ and the second one in Maradhoo, Addu City.
