Considering the playful nature of kids, this workshop is designed with both indoor and outdoor activities and games. Sheikh Naseem, from Australia, who has years of experience with youth and kids, will deliver this workshop.
This year “SUJOOD” will be held in male’ city and fuvamulah city, In sha Allah.
About Sheikh Naseem
Shaikh Naseem is the Founder and Director of Madinah Academy in Sydney, Australia. His passion for teaching and educating the Ummah lead him to travel to various countries to conduct unique programs. Shaikh Naseem was born in Fiji where he completed his early education, soon after he completed high school he was blessed with a scholarship to study in the world’s prestigious Islamic University of Madinah, where he completed his Diploma in Arabic language and Islamic Sciences and graduated from the Islamic University of Madinah with a BA in Islamic law. Shaikh Naseem has taught at numerous schools across Australia, Fiji, and delivered talks in Australia, Fiji, Malaysia, New Zealand and the Maldives. His unique style of keeping youth engaged in his programs lead us and empowered the community through educational talks, workshops and recreational programs. - What is the event venue? Sujood will be held in male’. The official venue is Islamee markaz Hall.
- How many days? Two Days (20th & 21st July 2018)
- What times? Day 1 – 2pm to 6pm. Day 2 – 8:30 am to 12 pm, 2 pm to 6 pm
- Is the event for a particular age group? For boys and girls of age 10 – 12 years
- How can I book a seat? Send an SMS SUJ<Name><Age> to 7341781
- Is there a fee? Yes, MVR.450 for early bird registration! Otherwise MVR600.00
- Does sending an sms confirm my seat? Once you send sms, we will contact you for payment and other details. Once you have paid, your seat gets confirmed.
- Is it indoor or outdoor? Sujood sessions will take place both indoor and outdoor. Outdoor activities will be held in the mosque compound.
- Will meals be served? No, meals will be provided
- Will there be caretakers? We will be having caretakers who will attend to kids need.
- Will the participants get a certificate? Yes, the participants who complete the two days will get a certificate.
- Does Peace Foudations has the necessary permits to conduct the event? Yes, we have taken all relevant permissions from the respective authorities.
- While the kids are away, will there be any way to contact them? Sadly, we do not allow any participant to carry mobile phones. However, an emergency contact number will be provided with the coupon.
- Can parents be there to take pictures? We will in sha Allah provide you with the pictures of the event.
