Alhamdulillah, today we have launched our new training program, “ISLAMIC FINANCE: CONCEPTS, INSTRUMENTS AND SCOPE IN MALDIVES” to create awareness about Riba and Islamic Finance.
Today’s workshop was conducted at Ghaazee School, hulhumale with 55 grade 10 students. The first session, The Prohibition of Riba was delivered by Sheikh Shuaib followed by a session of Abdul Rahman Hussain and Hammad Rasheed.
ISLAMIC FINANCE: CONCEPTS, INSTRUMENTS AND SCOPE IN MALDIVES is designed for students of senior grades. The idea is to teach students about the prohibition of Riba, concepts of Islamic finance and shed light on it’s scope in Maldives with a career perspective.
The training will be delivered by brother Abdul Rahman Hussain (M.A. Islamic Finance, INCIEF) & brother Hammad Rasheed (BA, Business Admin specialised in Finance including Islamic Finance).
